Who we are

East African Premier Investments (EAPIL) was established in 2006 by Uganda Development Trust to hold and manage its funds. Our aim is to create sustainable wealth, employment and economic growth through the development of successful SMEs, and generating attractive returns for all our stakeholders.

EAPIL is involved in the provision of credit and financial services to SMEs in Uganda. EAPIL also provides business development-services to its clients to develop fully fledged business plans that are used to assess the viability of these businesses before they are funded by the company. EAPIL also helps to build SMEs’ institutional capacities through training and monitoring business performance to ensure business success.
